Monel

Monel 400: The most common Monel alloy, known for its high strength and resistance to corrosion in various environments.
Monel K-500: A precipitation-hardened version of Monel 400 with added aluminum and titanium, which increases strength and hardness.
Primary Elements: Monel alloys primarily consist of nickel (about 65-70%) and copper (20-29%).
Additional Elements: They may also contain small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon.

Corrosion Resistance: Monel alloys are highly resistant to corrosion by many agents, including seawater, acids, and alkalies.
Strength: They maintain high strength over a wide range of temperatures.
Ductility: Monel alloys are easily fabricated and welded, maintaining their mechanical properties even after fabrication.
